ACCOUNT and LICENSE (4)
Your license key is sent to your registered email after purchase.
You can also find it in your account at cctvoffice.com > My Account > Licenses.
When your license expires:
- You can still view recorded footage
- Live monitoring and new recordings stop
- You need to renew to continue using the service
Yes. First, deactivate on the old computer (Settings > License >
Deactivate). Then activate on the new computer with the same key.
Major hardware changes (like replacing motherboard) may change your
hardware ID. Contact support@cctvoffice.com with your license key and
we'll help you transfer.
CAMERA SETUP (4)
It depends on your plan:
- Basic: 4 cameras
- Standard: 8 cameras
- Premium: 16 cameras
- IP cameras (Hikvision, Dahua, etc.)
- NVR and DVR systems
- Mobile and Tabs
- Camera is powered on and connected to same network as computer
- IP address is correct (check camera's network settings)
- FTP Username/password are correct
Mount at eye level or slightly above
- Avoid pointing directly at windows (causes backlight)
- Ensure adequate lighting on people's faces
- Keep the camera stable (not wobbling)

CCTV Office is an AI-powered surveillance system that helps you monitor
your premises using face recognition, attendance tracking, restricted zone
alerts, and remote viewing from anywhere.
You need:
- A Windows 10/11 computer
- At least one camera (webcam, IP camera, or NVR)
- A software license (you can request a demo first)
Yes! Click "Request Demo" on our website and we'll help you get started
with a trial version.
Each license works on one computer. For multiple locations, you need
separate licenses.
INSTALLATION and SETUP (4)
1. Download the setup file from cctvoffice.com
2. Run the installer (right-click > Run as Administrator)
3. Follow the on-screen instructions
4. Launch the app and enter your license key
The software needs admin access to detect cameras, create recording
services, and access system resources properly.
Usually 5-10 minutes depending on your computer speed.
Currently, CCTV Office only supports Windows. Mac/Linux support is
planned for future versions.
