Our CCTV management software provides surveillance camera management, remote viewing, cloud storage, and related services. The software requires activation with a valid software key linked to your hardware configuration.
3. License and Activation
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on a single installation.
- Each software key is tied to specific hardware identifiers and cannot be transferred to another machine.
- The software key must remain active for continued access to premium features.
- Sharing, copying, or reverse-engineering the software is strictly prohibited.
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Camera Limits and Subscriptions
- The number of cameras you can add is determined by your selected plan.
- Camera limits are enforced based on your current subscription tier.
- Upgrading your plan immediately increases your camera limit.
- Downgrading may temporarily retain your current camera count until renewal.
6. Remote Setup Services
If you have purchased remote setup services, we will remotely access your computer to install and configure the software. You consent to such remote access and understand that:
- Remote sessions will only occur at scheduled times agreed upon by both parties.
- You should disconnect if at any time you feel uncomfortable with the session.
- We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party software conflicts.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. Cloud recordings and data are stored securely and accessible only to you.
8. Cloud Storage
- Cloud storage features require an active subscription.
- Recorded footage is stored for the duration specified in your plan.
- Expired recordings are automatically deleted according to your retention settings.
- We are not responsible for loss of data due to service termination.
9. Partner Program
If you participate in our partner program:
- Partners receive referral commissions for successful customer sign-ups.
- Partners must maintain compliance with our brand guidelines.
- Commission rates and payment terms are as agreed upon during partner onboarding.
- We reserve the right to terminate partner accounts for violation of terms.
10. Payment and Billing
- Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan frequency.
- All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
- We use third-party payment processors (PayU) for transaction processing.
- Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is received.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time without prior notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
14. Changes to Terms
